Mr. Crowther graduated from Weber State University, where he earned a BS in Business Administration, with additional concentrations in finance, real estate, accounting, management, and tax law. In his professional life, he has managed businesses for others, as well as owned and operated his own real estate business. He took a job at the IRS where he progressed into upper management before he separated to start his own tax consulting business. For the past 17 years, he’s applied this experience to help business owners manage their business structures and take advantage of tax deductions and credits. It is his pleasure to participate in his client’s success and growth.
Amir Haskic
Mr. Haskic is an innovative entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in residential/commercial real estate, mortgages, property management, project management construction, sustainability, corporate structuring, and business development. His experience helps him think with a local community view and a state, nation, and global perspective. He got into real estate to help others, especially immigrants, fulfill the American Dream. Over the years, he has presided over and participated in a variety of committees and boards through the years including the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors, the Salt Lake Board of Realtors (curt.), the Utah Association of Realtors (curt.), and now the Wyoming Board of Realtors. As a Sustainability Expert, he looks for opportunities for people to use greener solutions for their businesses and homes. He continually stays on top of business/investing trends and is passionate about learning new things. In recent years, he attended Westminster College to become a licensed pilot, started businesses in the Health and Wellness industry, and is now learning all he can regarding investing and developing communities in Opportunity Zones. His next goal is to develop a sustainable ranch to help Veterans, First Responders, troubled youth, and anyone interested in “work therapy at the ranch” to give back to those who served and provide guidance and mentoring.

Mr. Weaver attained a BS in Psychology and Business from Brigham Young University (BYU) and earned Dean’s List honors, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah where he was on the National Dean’s List, and a JD from Brigham Young University where he achieved cum laude honors. In his professional life, he has been a CEO, COO, CFO, Director of Training, Director of Operations, Business Coach, Therapist, and Attorney, as well as a 7-time entrepreneur. For the past 5 years, Mr. Weaver has been helping business owners and individuals restructure their assets and businesses, helping them run efficiently, take advantage of tax deductions, and protect their businesses and assets. He enjoys helping others find benefits in the things that he has learned and practices. He truly believes that it’s not how much money you make, but how much money you keep.
